TeaRoom Challenge 2008

Hello there Tea and Cake lovers, and welcome to the TRC2008.
 
Where:  The Church House Inn, Torver, near Lake Coniston
When:  Saturday the 1st of November 2008
Why:  Charity fundraising, Cake, Bikes, Beer, and Friends

How to Enter
 
Please go to to JustGiving where you should donate the correct amount of money and give details of your team (see below for procedure). All proceeds are going to the MS Society.
 
This year we expect to be over subscribed so if you want to ensure an entry you'll have to be quick.

What does it cost?

TRC Entry = £15/person (£30/team)
Camping at the Church House Inn = £4/person/night
Saturday Dinner = £12

*Special offer* Saturday Dinner + Camping both nights = £15 / person

You should pay for the event using the online process below and pay for the camping+meal at registration.


How to Enter

Everyone must express their wish to take part by entering their team name and donating £30 (for 2 Tea-mates) on JustGiving. Please remember to tick the 'giftaid' box if you have a proper job as this significantly raises your contribution at no extra cost to you.

The online process will ask you for 'display name' and 'comments', please fill in as described in the example. If you want dinner please write a (D) in brackets next to your name.

Example

display name: Team Teacake
comments: Gemma Frier(D) & Colin Baird

From this we will assume that only one member of this team would like dinner.
 

Useful Information about the Venue (The Church House Inn LA21 8AZ)
 
The start, finish and evening entertainment will all be here. Most people will arrive on Friday evening. 
 
Camping will be available on the Friday and Saturday Night, and a special Saturday evening dinner is being prepared for us (if you ask for it!).
 
Breakfast will be available each morning.
